NEDBANK Repeated Thievery

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. Initially I had to sent through my application forms more than 5 times due to NEDBANK IT systems being offline and their after gone directly into a branch and handed it in. In the last five weeks have been debited four times and all NOT to the agreed date as per the contract. They always refer the matter to the credit or collections department, whom I'm sure is non existent or do not have any outside contact with the rest of the world as I am still awaiting their call. This service is not acceptable by any standards and I will never recommend nedbank to anyone!!!
