Nedbank Rejection on the *****elent transactions on the account

My father is goin to be 81 years this year and he had a case that was not resolved by Nedbank, In December 2024 there was a fraduelent transactions that happened in his account without his consent and the amount close to R160 000 was taken. Nedbank sent him the letter they are not responsible and please note that he didnt have Bank app in his phone nor how to use .

We have been through Ombudsman without any help we try the court route still waiting can youn please assist i have attached the Letter from Nedbank
