Nedbank refusing to update my bureau ( yet my account is up to date for months now)

I have a complaint against Nedbank Credit Card Department, all my credit cards have been up to date e g. July and August however my bureau report ( experian and transunion) states that i am in arrears yet i have my statements as proof of payments, the Bureau also states that my account was last updated in July, i am just concerned that this will impact my report and score negative. I am very upset, i did have quite a few conversations with the consultant from the credit card department and they are refusing to help me
