Nedbank refusing to reverse charge and still charging me a fee for that!

I paid a Doctors account and incorrectly left out one 0, after 2 months the doctors phoned to tell me that although I sent them proof of payment the money did not reflect in the account. I repaid into the correct account. I contacted Nedbank to tell them I needed to have the charges reveresed as teh money was sitting in their suspense account. Filled in all the necessary documents, to be told that despite me being charged R395.00 for the service fees of dealing with this issue It will NOT be reinbursed as the clainm is over 30 days!!
