Nedbank refusing to release my dead's mother estate

Nedbank is refusing to release my dead mother's estate and has been asking my father to send documents, which he has done about 3 times with an estate lawyer, but they are still not releasing the funds, it's unfortunate that it's the banks that ***** money especially when you're not alive and want to use that for their end year bonuses
