Nedbank Refusing to Provide Financials for Tax

Disgusting doesn't even come close to how terrible the service from Nedbank is. I requested my financial documents for SARS 03 September 2020 and to this day have received nothing. I lodged a complaint on the Nedbank website, and only receive apologies from the person responding, without any explanation of what is taking so long. What is Nedbank hiding that they are ignoring my request? To top it off Nedbank cannot even locate the trust deed and has no idea what sort of trust it is. They were operating under the assumption that it is a medical negligence trust, which it most certainly is not. When I asked them to provide me with the trust deed case number, they ignored it.
