Nedbank refusing to give me my title deed since 2006

Hello Peter my name is Dinah Louisa Mothupi I had a bond with nedbank it was fully paid up in 2006 I even recieved a bond cancelation letter however to this day they refuse to assist me in getting my tittle deed since 2006 now their excuse is that my cellphone number is not registered on my profile in their system I went to two of their banks and they told me they can't assist with that because my bond account is closed off I must call the mortgage department which is refusing to help me I am thinking something is **********ly happening here as my bond cancelation letter shows two names and I am the only bond holder I tried telling them about this they just give me the run around my number is *** I am hoping ypu can help this people are of no help
