Nedbank Refusing to deduct their money!!! Staff dont want to assist, My credit record is being effected

I have contacted Nedbank on so many occasions to get my debit order done. it was supposed to go off yesterday but no debit order went off. i called in again for the 4th month in a row and no one is able to tell me whats happening... how is this possible?

I am trying from my side my utmost best to pay this but no one from Nedbank is trying to assist me.

What more do i need to do?

Is on my nedbank credit card.

My credit rating is being effected by this and i am trying to get this sorted.

i complained before and Nedbank didnt bother to call me back. How poor is that?

I am trying to make a payment and this impossible.

HOW?????
