Nedbank refusing to close account + (Bad customer service)

I have once again just had the worst experience with Nedbank. Ironically it is happening while I am trying to close my Nedbank, bank account with them because of bad customer service. I called their call center about a month ago to alert them that I wanted to close the account. They then told me that I needed to drain the funds in that account and get the account to under R20.00. Which I did. Today I just spoke to 3 different consultants who all gave me contradictory information with the last one then refusing to close the account today and telling me that I need to call back after two days to close the account. Nedbank has been giving me the run around for almost a month now refusing to close this account. While they are doing that they are also charging me the monthly bank charges.
