NEDBANK REFUSES TO REPORT CORRECT AMOUNT TO ITC

my credit card with Nedbank was above the limit and in areas and it was with their legal team and not debt collectors. so i made an arrangement with them to pay R4000 last month on the 25th of march and i did. i also made another arrangement to pay R1770 this month to bring my acc active again. after i paid the R4000 they reported to ITC transunion that i didnt pay anything and my balance is still over R23 000 and not the R19500 that is on the statement i received from them. i called them numerous times requesting for them to report the CORRECT BALANCE of my credit card to transunion and the first agent said it was an error from their admin and they will fix it. they never did. i called again requesting for them to send the correct balance of my credit card to ITC nd again i was told they will escalate my problem and it will be sorted out. im even considering stopping to pay this stupid credit card because its useless and its only putting a dent on my credit score.
