Nedbank refuses to pay early 32 day notice and demands confidential information

I saved up money nedbank on a 32 day notice. Because of health reasons I had to withdraw it earlier. It's been more than 2 weeks waiting for my own money. And to top that off, your manager demanded a doctor's letter telling them exac what is wrong with me... Such a violation of my privacy

Because of how desperate I was and because the manager basically told me that if they don't know what my "health issue" is then I am more than likely not going to get the funds

I am so disgusted that I cannot wait to change banks... It is disgusting behavior. My medical history is now known to you, yet the money is still not being given to me
