Nedbank refuses to help during Covid 19

Nedbank was the only bank refusing to assist us during COvid 19. And that due to us having multiple loans at other banks as well but all in good standing. We you are building up a business and need money you take a loan where you can get one. They just point blank refused to move our house loan up like the other banks did. And that after 6 years of never missing a payment!
