Nedbank refuses to co cancel NRB accounting services

I have just been on the phone for hours with nedbank requesting to be unsubscribed from NRB accounting services that I don't know who subscribed me for. And still no help. This is happening for the 2nd time. I called in last month and I thought it was resolved. to my horror, a repeat of the same this month....
