Nedbank refuses to allow me to make payments on a debt I have with them

I have a debt with Nedbank where I had elected to make a arrangement for in order to pay. There was a monthly debit order which was canceled by Nedbank and they refuse to reinstate it. I have been unable to make payments for the past 3 months
