Nedbank refused to give me a bank statement

In Aug Nedbank would not give me a Feb bank statement or tax certificate for income tax purposes. This is regarding a Will Trust of which I am a trustee and have Master of the north Gauteng high court Letters of Authority proving this. Hello Peter assisted. Within 24 hrs someone called from Durban and within minutes the requested documents were emailed to me. TODAY.SARS has requested an update of that account. Nedbank Rosebank said the account needed 2 signatures & the second person being my 99 yr old mother must come in.After over an hr and a call to my mother it was given to me. PLEASE help. I have a Nedbank power of attorney for my blind mother. Shanaz Khan said the two signatures must be amended. What do I do?
