Nedbank refuse to get back to me after several call to them

Late last year I contacted nedbank to change my bond loan repayment amount. They failed to do follow on instruction. This lead to me having to repeatedly call them again, wasting my time and money on calls to the call center. I have requested them to refund the fees paid by me for calling the call center (which would not have been necessary, had they followed on the initial instruction) - and after several of these requests, they have as yet not given me any feedback. So I'd like to know why I have to waste my time and money calling their call center for mistakes on their side? Seems (once again) that this is the only real platform to get responses from corporations.

Nedbank responded, but not very satisfactory though. All they said was that they won't be refunding me - they still can't give me a reason why.

I have requested them to revert back to the calls, and inform me afterwards as to why they failed to get back to me in this regard. They did say that the monthly amount was rectified, but I can't recall feedback as to why the initial calls and requests (as to why it was not done). I like the fact that you can decide a resolution is concluded even if the other party is still requesting information. Nice bully tactics there. If I am wrong, then prove it. That's all I am asking. You have in your email reply simply stated that the no paym, ent will be made, but no reason is given.

He's also not getting back to me. Back to square 1? But will do.
