Nedbank refusal to transfer my funds.

The poor service of Nedbank regarding mobimoney. I recently contacted nedbank with regards to funds transfers (after there was an attempted ****) I was told to wait for three days. Its been 7 days now and nothing has been done. I went to the cosmo city branch today and I was told the same thing again.
