Nedbank refund process taking longer then it should!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT MY REFUND TODAY

my case refence 953641 not resolved since 13 November until now... I am calling EVERYDAY wasting my airtime and precious time I could be using attending to my own work with no joy and satisfaction. I am sooo DISASTIFIED with the service I have been getting everyday from NEDBANK. AT THIS POINT I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND ALL MY AIRTIME I SPENT ON THE BANK SUMMING UP TO OVER R250 AND I WANT THIS TODAY!!!!.. I am so tired of all the empty promises that my money will be in today everyday and iIT IS NOT. the names SBUSISO, MLAMULI, PAMELA (team leader), LESEGO,ALPHIOUS, I forgot the names of the rest of the other guys, I would have to listen to the looong call recordings on my phone to get all the names, they have all **** TO ME!!!!! can I ust get my refund or I am taking this further all the way to the ombudsman because as I am writing this I am on the line with SIBUSIO who put me on mute and I am sitting over 30 minutes listening to him have a conversation with his colleagues.
