Nedbank Refund

I’m a 29 yr old Girl staying at Engcobo in the Eastern Cape(villages) this other Day mistakenly deposited my MFC installment on the Engcobo nedbank ATM due to technical and network problems of ATM I happen to choose a wrong reference on the screen I chose Personal Loans instead of MFC the machine was slow and I was late for work I was panicking I only realised after inserting my notes then the slip came out showing personal loans and not MFC (R2900) Then the second deposit I made it also chose the wrong reference plus the deposit slip came out not showing the ascending calculations on the notes inserted in the machine(R3100)meaning I lost R6000 in total and it’s clear that the machine was faulty or it was a connection problem on their side I went to the bank with my deposit slips the Agents at Engcobo Nedbank branch tried to assist me they made follow up calls to the personal Loans branch and The manager there said they could see the deposit they had to trace the ATM(Machinery) it self but up until now they have not refunded my deposit back.
