Nedbank Refund
I paid my credit card in full on the 20th of October 2025.
There was an overpayment and I have a refund due to me.
Now it is almost a month later and when I called today they are telling me that I have to wait another 10 days.
So they want to charge me more bank charges before giving me my money back.
It’s funny when one pays money into Nedbank they more than happy to take my money but when they have to pay me back they come up with every excuse under the sun.
Just give my money back Nedbank. It’s not your money it’s my money.
Like worst bank ever!!!!!!

I guess when you are not in a certain capacity of having money, then you just don’t matter.
