Nedbank reffered us to this financial advisor ****

Portia told us she will help us to invest in a tax free fixed investment account of which each of us(me and my 3 siblings) invested more than 100K. She never discussed with us first about the fees she's going to charge us. She said everything is free and there is no commission. She made us sign many papers and now I'm shocked to see she deducted R5000 from each of us and she resigned from nedbank and ran away. She told her colleagues she's going to start a new business meaning she won the lotto with our money. This is very unfair. If nedbank is not protecting its vulnerable clients from these manipulative lying ******** then its not a reliable bank . I need help before I seek legal advice to sue her and the bank for taking our money through manipulation and duress.
