Nedbank referred us to BVZ Attorneys (*********** firm)

I wrote a review on BVZ Attorneys that Nedbank referred my parents to, to assist in obtaining their title deed. I called and emailed BVZ Attorneys and eventually paid all they required and emailed the documents as well. Communication was fine up until I sent the proof of payment and all the required docs, that's when they went silent.

I called Nedbank and told them about the issue and the only thing they could do was to call BVZ Attorneys and push them to attend to my matter. I then asked the lady who was calling BVZ if we can change this firm to another one and she said no since I had already paid. I then asked if they are powerless in solving this issue and the lady said yes, they are powerless. The only thing they can do is call and email.

That's where I have a problem.

Nedbank told my parents that BVZ handles title deed matters but they themselves (Nedbank) have no power to assist a client, if the clients has issues with the attorneys the bank referred them to.

One would think that Nedbank would push, follow up or exercise their authority to speedily assist a client who had finished paying their bond... but no. Once you're done paying the bank, the bank no longer gets involved.

Terrible business practice!
