Nedbank recruitment website

<p>I have app**** many times for Vacancies advertised on the Nedbank recruitment website. My profile would be changed for Interviews on soem posts, but neve been called . Is it possible to get a statistics on how many people have been hired from the their recruitment page or its just for window dressing. i suspect that the HR people who are responsible fro teh recruitment , sell teh positions to Recruitment agencies then get a cut when the angencies candidate is hired.</p> <p> </p>
