nedbank recoveries sending me from pillar to post

<p>I've had an outstanding payment on nedbank loans for a couple of years due to unemployment but as soon as I found work I made an arrangement to pay and ive been doing so..then I wanted to settle cause the debt was giving me a bad name and I had an interview to attend..when I called for a paid up letter was told latest Friday until yesterday one agent told me to wait 30days and she explained the new law,my question is the other agent didn't know this when they promised for Friday...pleaded with an agent and her supervisor for some sort of confirmation so I can produce that in the interview but still nothing..I know it was my fault for not paying the debt but didn't anticipate loosing an opportunity because of it..if someone can help please do..</p>
