Nedbank recoveries

So I've received a discounted amount on my garage credit card and by accident my partner paid in more than the balance. I phoned nedbank on the 19 November 2021 and was informed that my refund will take 5-7 days. I phone in again the first week of December and I was informed that the refund was not done and it will take another 5-7 days. I phoned in again on 09 December 2021 and I was informed that the refund was not done and the consultant will phone me back. She phoned back to ask of I was given a discount amount and I said yes then she said she would call me back but no one has phoned since Thursday. So now it's been 23 days..... Pathetic service from Nedbank Recoveries
