nedbank recoveries

<p>i had a credit card with nedbank last year july i got retrached. the insurance paid their share then i go a job paid off that was remaining. to my surprise i was promosed a letter that once i have settled the acount to confirm settlement i never got the letter and am now getting sms's that i have to make payments.</p>
