Nedbank Recall ****

Really disappointed with the service I received from the Nedbank Recall department. Very bad service I received there. Requested a recall on 2 online payments which were later proven to have been ****s, but Nedbank failed dismally in trying to assist me, that's if any attempt was made by Nedbank to assist me. I even went to the extent of asking for proof that Nedbank attempted to recall/reverse those transactions but they failed to provide such proof, however they did not waste time to charge almost R790 for the 2 transactions.

I am wondering what is the success rate of this service by Nedbank... This seems to be a money making scheme by Nedbank. They let us complete the stupid recall forms whilst they know they will never reverse the transactions, this service is just a **** by Nedbank...
