Nedbank recall department

I have tried to contact the Nedbank recall department since Friday. I have sent them a recall form, but nobody has even sent me an email in reply. The number I was given by Nedbank for the recall department, *** is "not available". I have been with Nedbank for many years, but if you're in trouble and need help, they ignore you. I am extremely frustrated, I have been trying to get my funds back, but it seems like I'm fighting a useless battle, If you can't even call them to find out what's going on, how will you ever now if the funds will be recalled?
