Nedbank Recall ****
On the 27th December I went into a Nedbank branch to do a recall on an EFT I had done to an individual a few days prior. This is after experiencing difficulty with the person hence the recall.
I was told the recall will take 7 working days to reflect in my account. After the 7 days passed I followed up with @Nedbank and I was told to send an email which I did only for the email address to bounce back to me. Not because the email address was wrong but clearly it had something to do with their systems.
I tried calling the call centre where no one could give me feedback, wrote on twitter where I was promised feedback
No one could trace this recall, no one could give me an answer. I don't know whether if the EFT has gone to the person or not or still stuck in the system still on its way to me.
I was put from call centre agent to agent with one one able to give me feedback back. The last communication from the call centre was that my banker will call me. This was on the 17th Jan.
Remember one one could trace this recall in the days I have been asking for feedback.
But guess what I see on my statement this morning, the recall banking fee has gone off my account? How is this possible? No one could find this recall now suddenly you can charge me for it?
How @Nedbank? So now you have found the recall but me the recaller no nothing about it's progress?
Why hasn't the banker called me? Why haven't I received feedback with what is happening?
I will be making time to go to a branch make sure you give me my money and close your account because you give a **** about my money or me as a Client.
You have aided someone to ***** from me and you are *****ing from me yourselves.
Very very poor service if you ask me.
