Nedbank recall

My name Linda Nelson Hadebe. I use both Nedbank and Capitec banks. My business associate wanted to make a payment for me at Capitec through banking app. He mistakenly put Nedbank instead of Capitec We went to Nedbank to get assistance. They check the account and realized the money was there. They asked us to go to Capitec since it was transfered from Capitec and ask Capitec to do a recall. Unfortunately the query was closed from Capitec. After Nedbank did nothing about this saying we should to Small Claims Court. So disappointed R10, 000 gone like that.
