Nedbank really cares about customers that need debt relief.

I have 2 Nedbank Credit Cards, Amex & Visa. I couldn't afford the monthly payments on my credit cards due to financial problems I was having. I emailed the Nedbank Collections department explaining my problem & offering a monthly payment. They responded 2 days later with an offer of a monthly settlement amount which I agreed to. No hassles. I expected them to ask for an income statement, proof of earnings & expenses etc etc. Nothing! Thank you Nedbank for making a really very embarrassing situation a lot easier, thank you!
