Nedbank really bad service

Been with Nedbank for decades... suddenly they invented the concept of your bank app being your branch in you pocket... my experience... this is code for "we are so bad now, rather join another bank". I pay fees every month to get greenbacks. I spend R40 000 plus on my credit cards and I dont even make the amount my membership is costing each month. I have phoned numerous times and the personnel is unable or unwilling to escalate or sort it out. SO THIS IS YOU LAST CHANCE NEDBANK
