NEDBANK RE-CALL DEPARTMENT ********** AND A ****

In December 2020 I have lodged a re-call claim with Nedbank for an EFT done in error, I was told it will take 7 working days and will be charged a RIDICULOUS fee of R389.00 even if the re-call is unsuccessful. My PAYEE AND ITS BANK was based in BOKSBURG. A few days later I received an email from Nedbank re-call department stating that the re-call was UNSUCCESSFUL. I knew this was IMPOSSIBLE as my account was in a credit with my PAYEE. I have contacted my PAYEE myself and was informed that NO PERSON AT NEDBANKS RE-CALL DEPARTMENT had even attempted to contact them or their bankers. I WANT MY FEE OF R389.00 PAID BACK TO ME IMMEDIATLEY!! Nedbank has NOT rendered me any service, they have **** to me and DE-*****ED me !! I will NEVER recommend their services to anyone. Please be extra cautious if you have a nedbank account and monitor it carefully.
