Nedbank re:*****

Hello.on the 14th of november i was ****med by ****ners using my Xtra savings card from checkers.they took my pic unaware with their phone to open a new profile using home affairs biometric system for verification of my identity,which i heard from nedbank ***** department.i dont know how they got hold of my nedbank account but realised after they left that my daily limit went to R9990 which i never set it to that,its always R1500.i went to the nedbank kiosk and set it to R200 max which stayed like that after i withdrew R1500.2 hours after R6300 was withdrawn in Pretoria whilst i was in Brits all along.Nedbank is giving me a run around and dont want to refund me.its sms after another saying they are investigating for the 2nd time.they say i helped the ****mers to take my money,how so i fail to comprehend.last year december 2022 i was highjacked in Vosloorus and the ******* took my nedbank card and phone and they tapped R4000.after reporting my card to nedbank they said they will investigate,when i ask for feedback i get no answers until today.i am still without a refund.
