Nedbank ****py service

I made an instant payment with nedbank which should take 30minutes to reflect in my other account. However, it been more than 3hours still the funds have not reflected. I have things to do with no time to visit the branch. Nedbank how do you explain this s****py service you giving us?

I don't know why I'm still banking with this bank because they refused me a homeloan while I was investing and banking with them.
