Nedbank puts venerable old people at risk through stunning incompetence

At the end of last year my parents who planned to move overseas where advised to give me power of attorney over my parents accounts.

I spent a whole morning at Nedbank in Three Rivers in Vereening getting this sorted.

Then when I went to a Nedbank branch to do some transactions for my parents I was told that they're were not linked and that I could not do anything for them.

Now they are sitting abroad and cannot do any banking because Nedbank can't load can't even load a simple power of attorney
