Nedbank PRP terrible service

Terrible service. I am s PRB client yet when l need something done l am told go to the branch. When l sent instruction no response. I have requested to move my portfolio several times and nothing.

Now l have emailed Facebook nedbank for assistance so l can communicate with head office and l am told they want me to speak to her or her manager. Or better yet email a generic email. Yet l pay double fees. I guess it's all about paying monthly fees and not service.
