Nedbank Protea Gardens is the worst bank

Hi, nedbank has the worst service ever. We have a nedbank club account and we have been trying to renew the signatories on the club account after the passing of my mother, we gave them all the documents last year Oct 2024 at nedbank Protea Gardens, they since promised that they will come back to us. Today we are here on the 8th of Feb 2025 since the branch opened only to find that they can't help on a Saturday, Davy the manager is so rude and makes false accusations of being threatened by her clients whenever she cannot telephonically assist her clients since she is not here either. If there is a backlog of club accounts, why are you not employing more employees to capacitate the need? You really have the poorest customer experience ever.
