Nedbank promised no deposit fee once every month
When I first signed up with the Nedbank investment account, they promised me that once a month I can deposit an amount and I won't pay a cash deposit fee into my account.

Now after depositing a large amount, I see R710 has been taken as a cash deposit fee. I am trying to use Nedbank to save money and now I am -R710. Is that the thank you I get from Nedbank.

I asked the teller in front and she said it was fine if the bank said so last time when I opened the account.

I am going to social media. Do not open a Nedbank Investment account as every time you put money in, they take a cash deposit fee where FNB does not do this.

The only reason I agreed to deposit the large amount is because it would be saving.

I demand nicely for Nedbank to refund the R710 back into this account or I will close my account with Nedbank and want all my money back. This is an outright lie. I was mislead.

If Nedbank cares about their clients, they will give me back the R710 back into my investment account. I will report back regarding how this was handled. I was promised 1 free cash deposit per month. No limits nothing. I am giving Nedbank my money now I want to get interest, not Nedbank *****ing money.
