The load shedding presented challenges and one such is power surges .I had most appliances burnt out by power surges .Being a policy holder with Nedbank I enquired and my first claim was accepted unknowing that the damage was beyond that. The service provider was appointed to do repairs and in the process I discovered further damages.I phoned and another claim was approved and the second service provider was then appointed .Alll damages were repaired
