Nedbank profile cancelled without consent!

Worst bank EVER!!!!! I phoned now as I tried login into my profile, when I spoke to the person, he said my profile is cancelled!!! Does this now mean I don't have any accounts with you anymore? Ho on earth do you cancel my profile without consent and with this said I cannot login to check my home loan!! You say we have to use the app but I cannot use it either as I need to log into my profile which does not exist!!!! I struggle with this since I started with my loan and honnestly I'm having problems since day one with Nedban****
