Nedbank Professional is a f#cking joke!

Nedbank is a absolute joke. I’ve requested bank statements from my private banker almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received feedback from her.

Prior to this I waited 8 months to receive a new VISA card countless unanswered emails and just informing me for weeks on end. I first let it slide but now that I wanted bank statements and not even the decency to reply. They just don’t care. So I’ll be cancelling my service.
