NEDBANK PROFESSIONAL BANKING FAILED ME

Both my Cheque and debit card have just been retained by ATM. I call the call center and I'm told my acc was handed over for collection hence the retained cards. I spoke to Keith from Nedbank Call Center who called me a week ago about my overdrawn account which was due to Toll Fees. I informed him there would a deposit this weeknof my salary. Now I'm stranded, frustrated, far from a Branch and stuck.

This is utter nonsense.
