Nedbank Professional Banking

I joined Nedbank Professional Bank in January to try the Private Banking experience The first time that I wanted to make use of my private banker(Frans Mongalo), who was not great at all. I was declined for an overdraft and asked Frans to tell me what the issue was. At one point he would not even take my calls or call me back and I had an issue where I was unable to transact. This is not my complaint by the way. My complaint is that I escalated this to his manager(Tumelo Matsoahole) via one of his colleagues and asked that my portfolio be moved. To date, absolutely no contact from Tumelo. I called the call centre on 2 occasions to then ask that my portfolio be moved to a different branch as it seems that the issue is the Hatfield branch. There is a culture of not getting back to customers. First attempt, nothing was done. Second attempt even after explaining that I wanted the branch changed got a Private Banker from the same branch to contact me who didn't sound too bad. I explained the story and he promised that he would get his colleague from the Menlyn Maine branch to contact me and still nothing. I am starting to think that this is a Nedbank on the whole thing. I am hoping that by writing this review, it will get to the right people as I have explored all my options in the bank itself.
