Nedbank processing ********** information

Gooday Nedbank. I received an alert from my credit bureau, informing me that Nedbank are doing credit checks on me. They sent me an SMS saying Nedbank are doing this with my ID. I called your ***** department on Monday an reported this. Since then i have tried to follow up and no action is being taken from what i can see. Let me tell you that this is ***** and an ******* activity. I want confirmation that any ********** activity in my name is stopped immediately. This is totally unacceptable on every level. from the contact to your ***** department and their lack of feedback. Can i have a response please?
