Nedbank problem

I'm very upset and angry of the service I'm getting at nedbank they reall don't care about us or our money. I money is not safe with them. I'm losing almost R5000 rand in money at the bank in the past 3 month when I report it nothing is done about it even when I call i get pushed to the next person and never get update on my case. I've reported two cases with them and the first case still no answer or update what so ever same with the second one. Can these two cases be solve by paying my money back cause my first case was on the 1st of October 2020 and Second one was on Monday and was told it will be returned to my account after two days but today after is 3 day later and nothing and story's
