Nedbank probably worst bank ever

It is so sad that one has to lodge complaints on social media and hello peter just to get Nedbank to contact you. I have been going back and forth for the last several days trying to resolve an issue with Nedbank, sent emails, went to chat on the Nedbank app and get nothing. But when it is time to deduct my banking charges, Nedbank is always on time. I pay for a service and get nothing. I transferred money to a foreign bank account, a friends birthday, Nedbank has charged me twice foreign exchange rate costs, and it works out to 60% of my transfer amount, and yet my friends bank in the foreign country has still not received the transfer, his birthday is now 2 weeks over and he is still waiting for my gift. Nedbank has online services, but each time you speak to them they say go to a branch, get to the branch, they say contact us via telephone. Does anybody know of a bank that i can move my banking to?
