Nedbank PRO non responsive

Since posting this review....... No answer or reply.... Very dissapointing.... NEDBANK - Pre-Paid Topup Voucher @ ATM Nightmare Pre-Paid Topup Voucher @ ATM Nightmare, bought on 14th August 2022 @ 12h01 as a forced choice because my cell was ****** and banking app could not be set up app on new phone until 24hrs passed and we needed electricity. Got home... Dial *120*41589... and this is how far we get. no option to load voucher no to get token number. Called the call centre. No help because they want to speak to account holder. We've been cut on numerous occasions, spending over 2hrs on the phone to be told City Power must assist. Damn...City Power did everything to try and assist and till date we are not able to get a token number, what now..... It is an ATM transaction for Pete Sake ! Worst Service ever. Rather Nebank reverse this transaction as it shows ATN B738 ATM TOPU ATMNB738 FOR R250.00
