Nedbank Private Wealth & Greenbacks is a sham.

I have been a Nedbank Client Personal and Business for 25 years. I closed my two business accounts in 2020 and moved to FNB because the service and internet banking were poor. Nedbank Private Wealth used to be great but now that too has become a problem.

I have an R8000+ Greenbacks Balance that I have been trying to spend for three weeks but with all the changes to multi-use cards and lack of communication to customers and staff, nobody can seem to make this work. On Saturday I asked my personal Banker Claudius Subramanian to put me in touch with the KZN regional manager and I'm still waiting Thursday 17H15.
