Nedbank Private Wealth

I attach a letter sent to Nedbank below which should be self Good day, I would like to bring the following to your attention. On 1 April, 2020 my current account no *********xx was debited with an amount of R468,20 without my authorization. I called your call Centre and spoke to Sibusiso and after holding on for a long wait came back to tell me that it was debited by Nedbank Private wealth and it was an admin fee. I told the gentleman that I had no connection to Nedbank Private Wealth but that my husband, who passed away on 12/02/19, did have an account and that this amount surely should come from his account or the attorneys who are dealing with his estate, which to date has not been finalized. Sibusiso (ref no ***) advised me that Louanne was dealing with the matter and would call me to discuss same. He also gave me a phone no *** which I tried multiple times without getting through. When by last Friday I had still not heard from anyone I again tried the call Centre and after being transferred to various departments I got through to a gentleman named Leon who tried to help me (ref no ***3) and he said he would follow this up with NPW. On Monday he called me again to ask if I had heard from them and when I said no he said he would escalate my request. By this morning I still had not heard from NPW, and had still not got through to the phone no I had been given, so I went onto your website and found an alternate no which I called and got through to Orah, who promised she would do her best. She subsequently called me back and confirmed that it was an admin fee and that she would get someone to call me back. At 10.30 I received a call from the relevant department but got cut off before I got the ladies name, I waited for over an hour but no call back. I called Orah again and she said she would send another email. I called Orah again this afternoon at 15.12 pm to tell her that no one had called me back and she promised to get hold of them again to date nothing. My late husband was a Nedbank pensioner and the shares he had were together with a friend so the final amount will have to be split and therefore this needs to be done through the attorneys who are busy with the estate. I have never given Nedbank any authority to debit my account and as I was married by Nate nuptial contract think what you have done is ******* and I feel your service has been unacceptable. I wait to hear your response by return. Regards Antje Seymour

Ps a copy of this will be forwarded on to Hello Peter
